My kindergarten students are excited about learning and full of life and energy. They love to read and to be read to! Many of my students did not attend a pre Kindergarten program and some do not even speak English. The light in their eyes and the attention they give as I am reading a new story to them is a truly beautiful moment. They are in need of more attention, love, and care than your average public school students, but they appreciate the support and respect you show them. The rewards are great and the satisfaction I get each day knowing I made even a small difference in my students' lives is an amazing feeling.
