My students have a variety of great learning materials, but we lack the resources for indoor recess. Right now, their only options are to read or draw. While these are good options, there are so many more possible options!
Providing a variety of games for indoor recess will provide my students to enjoy childhood moments, while sneaking in a little learning! These games will give students the chance to build a classroom community and improve social skills through team work, compromise, and discussion. In addition, they will build academic skills (like math & geography) in a fun and carefree way.
