Having the ablility to use a Cricut will help my students find the materials around my room more visually appealing. My students are in a self-contained classroom due to their disabilities and their high level of need. Creating visually appealing materials helps to make my students get excited about what they are learning. I can create visually appealing anchor charts and signs around the room. My students can learn to use the cricut for projects to show me what they have learned. Any help I can get to help lessen their severe academic gaps would be greatly appreciated! Also, I believe the ability to be creative will help to lessen their frustration and lessen behavioral issues. My students love creating projects!
