Students today spend a great time working on core subjects so that they can pass all the standardize test that are thrown their way. Science has proven that a child that is physically active will score higher on a standardize test then they would have if they are not physically active.
For a healthy child they should play for at least 60 min a day. I have them in my gym for 55 min. We need Battle Ropes that will provide an unbelievable exercise tool and that provide an intense workout for improving muscular strength, endurance, cardiovascular conditioning, have substantial fat burning properties, and will get your heart rate going immediately. It is something new so every student wants to give it a try. It is my job to introduce new things to them that will make them want to enjoy a life time of physical activity to live a healthier life.
