Students will have a notebook to store all assignments. Last year, grades were greatly affected because students did not have the basic paper, pencils, nor notebooks to store classwork and homework. Students will also be introduced to new curriculum to learn new tasks and encourage critical thinking. Educational posters in the classroom for visual learning and reminders will assist students with ELA principles that they need to learn by memory. The new curriculum and posters will assist students with improved grades, classwork, homework scores, and state testing. My students take pride in new materials and ways to improve educational quality. The notebooks are used to store all of their assignments and cut down on missing or lost work. The social studies game will be used in addition to their textbooks to spark interest in subjects and allow students to work in groups for projects. The stamp pad will be used for assignments and homework recording and incentive for the students. Google Earth in the classroom will be used with our smartboard to encourage participation and hands-on learning. Task cards will be used in literacy centers. Bulletin board posters will be visuals used in the classroom to help students retain information taught.
