A teaching cart would engage students in collaborative whole-group learning. The students would be active participants in the creation of an anchor chart, analyzing a story, and much more. The fraction materials would aid in the visualization and manipulation of a complex subject. The dry erase pockets would be used throughout the school year across multiple subjects to work on mathematics, writing, and literacy. The teaching cart would allow anchor charts to be created with student participation and the ability to display the information. Anchor charts break down information into smaller, more comprehensible pieces that foster learning in a manageable manner.
Engaging students in their learning is key.
By donating to this project, you would be aiding a first year teacher give the students the opportunity for a fully functional classroom.
