Our school is located outside the urban core. While not rural, access to community partnerships are limited due to distance. By adding portable technology to my classroom I have the opportunity to bring more relevant experiences to my instruction. Students will use this portable projector to connect with professionals working and training in the field of technology. This projector includes capabilities to video stream and connect with mentors who cannot physically come to our school. These tools will expose my students to those who work with technology. I hope to take advantage of technology's ability to connect people and make the world their classroom.
