I have numerous students throughout all my classes that enjoy WWE. Even the ones who do not watch it love being rewarded for their hard work, growth, and achievement. I want this belt as a way to reward students for when they do well. So often they are told what they did wrong and when they do well are not sufficiently praised for that. This championship belt would be awarded to someone different either weekly or daily based on different criteria like who improved their grade the most the previous week or who has been to school the most consecutive days. It would take a significant achievement to be able to wear the belt. It would be a huge deal to the students to be awarded the belt for whatever length of time their accomplishment warranted. It is my thinking that my kids will improve their work ethic knowing they can be the champion for at least a day!
