One of the biggest struggles in my classroom is with limited technology is implementing meaningful resources. Testing is done on a computer and having technology will help prepare my students for testing expectations. My goal is to use the Chromebooks to create a station for students to access sites such as IXL, MobyMax, Google classroom, and among other excellent resources. My students will be able to use a read & write program to have materials read to them to help with comprehension and writing skills. I will be able to support their computation skills with math fact programs, talking calculator, and highlighting information. I would love to a class where students have access to all means of useful resources, where lessons could be taught interactively, class work can be posted for students to review at school and at home, and where students who may lack the knowledge of using technology can learn how to use it for future purposes. I want to give my students every possible opportunity to succeed. Technology is the future and my students deserves access like their general education peers.
