At the beginning of this year I wrote a grant for two OSMO Genius kits. I was awarded four of them. I have seven iPads that are available to use during guided math workshop and genius hour (when students are in charge of their own learning).
I would love two more genius kits to put in place and have more children able to use them. I also would like the six Pizza Co games to use during guided math. It is important for children to have opportunities to learn through technology, hands on activities, and guide their own learning.
My students use the OSMO systems in my classroom A LOT. Using technology in the classroom is very important to students. It allows for diverse learning, individualized learning, and learning that is fun! Having more systems and a new game to add to what we already have will enhance our learning with OSMO.
