Here at PS 138, we do not have the technology that we need to help our students perform to the best of their abilities. Most of our students are from low-income/high poverty households. Despite the many challenges they face, they look forward to coming to school where we provide creative and meaningful experiences. The students come in with a smile and are excited to know what the daily plans are, which are memorable to them.
As technology is so important in today's society, our students need to practice and experience IT every day so they can be ready for anything when they graduate!
With iPads, they are able to achieve this goal. The students can practice typing skills, communication skills, writing skills, and learn about the internet.
