My students are little sponges who have an insatiable appetite for learning! From worms to dinosaurs, poetry to learning to read, they want it all! They are future doctors, city planners, managers, and I even predict a possible politician or two. My students live in a neighborhood where they can not play outside often due to crime and violence and where struggles by caretakers to provide for them can be immense.
