My students are a diverse group of very sweet and enthusiastic first graders. Our school is a Title 1 school in San Jose, in which 80% of students receive free or reduced-price lunch. Most of my students are English Learners who come from households that are primarily Spanish or Vietnamese speaking. While they have a wide range of unique needs, they share a love for learning. Every day they inspire me to foster an exciting and challenging classroom culture and to provide them with the tools and support they need to be successful!
