Many of the items requested will be used by the students to develop social, fine motor, and gross motor skills. Balance beam and scissors will help with gross and fine motor skills. Play cash register, soccer goal, and play doh will help them interact and socialize with one another. Other items on the list will help provide us with materials to focus on their academic skills. Our new curriculum is technology based and the use of a mouse will help our students maneuver their way around the computer. Rhythm sticks will help them with pattern recognition, counting, and generate creative thinking.
