I have had the pleasure of teaching in our small rural town for more that 13 years now. Having also taught in bigger schools, I continue to stay in our small school because of so many reasons. The most prominent of these is the relationship I am able to develop with not just individual students, but their entire family! Being able to know each student's home life and the interests and needs of each, I am able to tailor education to my students in a high degree of interest. In turn, our school days are fun and full of high impact learning at our little school!
