My students are low socioeconomic second language learners, primarily from Mexico. Most have never attended preschool, which make the kindergarten curriculum more difficult. They have not had art, music, or drama experiences many children have had in preschool. They are smart children who need an extra push to succeed. My goal is to give them that push.
