Sixth Grade students learn leadership and collaborative skills while participating in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) discovery experiences. Constantly investigating and letting Wonder guide our learning, students are encouraged to ask questions and then find the answers to them.
I am committed to providing my students with authentic experiences that will be immediately applicable to their present and future lives. What's important to them is always important to me. By using cross-curricular literature and problem-based learning activities, students will easily see why what they are learning is important and active engagement will be a natural side-effect.
