I have a wonderful group of high school students who struggle in math. Each one is special and struggle in the world of math. They have learning disabilities. Just getting them motivated to do classwork is a challenge. Since math requires a lot of practice, they need all the help they can get just to do the work in the first place.
They can't afford to buy their own calculators, especially graphing ones, since the majority of the students in school come from an economically depressed homes.
