My students really need headphones. Most of theirs are broken and it's very hard for them to do their computer work. They need them for daily use. They need to hear the lessons being taught on the computer for Reading and Math. Right now, they are borrowing from other students who aren't on the computers at that moment. There are only a few headphones that still work. It's only a matter of time before none of them work!
I am ordering the headphones from Lakeshore. They are the most expensive items on this list. Each pair of headphones cost about $10.00. I have 16 students. I can't afford this on my own!
My students use dry erase markers every single day. They work on their own white boards with Math and Reading. It helps them to stay engaged and it's very interactive. They love to break words down on their white boards. The children love to do math facts on the white boards as well. They work with the white boards in small groups too. Because of this, most of our markers are totally dried up.
