After teaching 7th/8th grade Language Arts for 5 years, I have taken on a new role as middle school librarian. My students range from 6th to 8th graders, all with very diverse backgrounds. The majority of my students are from low-income households. Therefore, it is very important to provide students with tools and resources to support their growth as learners.
