Since my students are dual-language learners, I make many of my own Spanish stations (in both reading and math). These materials will make creating individualized stations for them so much easier. Students will use interactive task cards and games to reinforce skills taught in whole-group lessons. Some examples of reading skills that will be reinforced are main idea and supporting details, inferring, context clues, and author's purpose. Students will practice math skills such as geometric shapes, fractions, place-value, money, addition and subtraction word problems. Creating stations with laminated multi-colored paper can make learning stations more engaging and interactive for students of any age. We need laminating pouches and color paper to help make that happen.
