I teach Computer Science and Engineering at Oakland Military Institute. Through project-based and inquiry-based learning, I guide my high school students through a college-level introductory courses in Engineering Design and Computer Science Principles. My courses are extremely rigorous, but popular -- I meet students where they are and take students on an amazing journey during which they learn the art and science of Computer Programming and Computational Thinking. Students love my class because my lessons are fun, challenging, and engaging, with a signifiant amount of students choosing my course as their science elective.
