First Graders are not used to having to sit in a seat for long periods of time to do work in the beginning of the new school year. Providing them with exciting new choices of flexible seating will be engaging and benefitial. I would love to offer flexible seating options of wobble chairs and balance balls to my First Graders! Whether students are at their desks or at a small group table, they will have the ability to concentrate better, while wiggling and moving their bodies. Flexible seating will allow them to feel more comfortable being able to move while they are working and learning. I want my First Graders to love their new seating options and increase their learning!
