I am a K-2 special education teacher in a small town in Wyoming. We are a Title 1 school where over 50% of our students qualify for free and reduced lunch. Our special education population consists of approximately 30 out of 280 students. I work with students with Autism, Prader-Willi Syndrome, ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Learning Disabilities, and Fetal Alcohol Syndrome just to name a few. Every day brings on new joys, new things to celebrate and new challenges. My staff works diligently to meet the needs of all of our students using what we have in the best way that we know how! I am so lucky to do what I love everyday.
