My students are always needing a variety of activities to keep them engaged and active. Physical education has always been the core of my teaching experience. In my physical education classes, I like to bring a different way to get up and get moving. I would be introducing new activities that are not currently being offered in the high school physical education classes. Bringing in these activities would help develop self-esteem, friendships and fitness for a lifetime. The requested projects can be done in a classroom, as an after school club activity or even at home. My students would definitely enjoy the projects that are now currently posted. Help me get my students up from the recent sedentary lifestyle that most of us have experienced.
