The TIME kids subscription will keep my students engaged all year in the topic of real world non fiction reading. They will conduct thorough investigations to explore issues of diversity and culture around the world. This project will provide my students with fresh and up to date news information. Students will not only learn valuable information to last them a life time, they will cover all NY state non fiction reading standards in the process. They will work collaboratively and they will grow in their abilities as readers and writers. It will be amazing to see them explore relevant topics in a non traditional way.

About my class
