I teach enthusiastic, curious, first graders in East Harlem who are all about learning with hands-on activities through dramatic play and sensory fun!
When students are in the classroom, hands-on learning and sensory needs go hand and hand! We are working hard to put toys and games back in kids' hands that inspire creativity, collaboration, and fun as well as providing opportunities for them to use these tools to interact and promote communication with peers.
Please help me increase student engagement and communication with their peers by continuing to tap into their sense of wonder and excitement that we see every time "Choice Time" is on our daily schedule and woven throughout our day. Your help today helps students for years to come!
