Many students have chosen projects that are pure innovation. They are finding a problem they want to solve and designing prototypes. They need a way to take their ideas and plans to the next level. They are not satisfied with a cardboard model of the solution. Donations to this project will allow our students to create real-life models using a 3D printer so they can truly test their designs. The 3D printer and printing materials will offer students an opportunity they have only seen on television. The skills they are developing to bring an idea to life will carry them through whatever the future holds for them. And that is my goal to ignite a passion in them to discover that within themselves.
