We started our Central "ICR" drum program in the 2015 - 2016 school year. It is growing fast with interest due to the "live" events & shows we have already performed in. The upcoming year promises more performances locally and throughout our state. In addition to the drums, students have performed on bells & xylophones in a Christmas Show with Central's chorus, keyboardists & African dancers at R.I. Hospital for the Lifespan holiday celebration, and at the Providence Police department's Xmas Tree Ceremony. Our main objective is to provide opportunities for our students to experience the power of music in live performances. All students are welcome to join this ensemble.

About my class
