I am asking for sixteen Plastic Base Plates, two LEGO Classic Large Creative Brick Boxes, a Bucket of Building Bricks, two LEGO Classic Creative Bright Supplements, a set of Building Bricks, and a LEGO Classic Medium Creative Brick Box. Using the LEGO bricks will help make abstract STEAM concepts tangible by putting learning into the hands of my students. My students will have a better understanding of STEAM subjects while building 21st-century skills. This collaboration will provide a tremendous opportunity to bring together our diverse community of learners in a risk-free class environment. My students are creative problem-solvers. By equipping them with the necessary tools, STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics) knowledge and skills; they will thrive. My students will be able to experience the positive impact that using LEGO bricks will have on learning, engagement, motivation and inspiration as lifelong learners. Using LEGO bricks will support standards-based projects that will build my students’ confidence to ask questions, define problems and design their own solutions by putting STEAM learning directly in their hands.
