Our students will be exposed to the new era of physical fitness. Students at F.H.S. will be able to have circuits that consist of explosive workouts and cardio. This equipment will be utilized to the maximum on a daily basis.
"Our students will not only become better student athletes, but they will gain great knowledge in the world of strength and conditioning." All physical education teachers will be teaching the programs for the students. This equipment will be utilized by all students. We will change the culture of the weight room with this new equipment. Kids will love to come to class on a daily basis knowing we are giving them extra opportunities to learn and love doing it.
