Being a PE teacher means that I am lucky enough to get to work with all of the students in my school every week. Being in an urban, high poverty area is tough sometimes because we do not have fields to play on - we have a blacktop, we do not have a the equipment necessary to get a full curriculum, and we do not even have a whole gym - half of the gym is a cafeteria all day. However, that does not stop us from doing the best we can, coming and leaving class with a smile, and working our hardest. I thank you in advance for supporting my dreams and the dreams of 340 amazing children.
