I teach a blended class of 22 third and fourth grade students. They are an active bunch who are limited in utilizing space and active movement within a portable classroom. I work in a Title 1 school where I do everything within my capabilities to provide students with a quality educational experience, which means consistently spending my own money on my classroom and students. I am invested in educating the whole-child that walks into my classroom, including their social and emotional learning.
