Our class has a clear vision, now we need your help to make it happen. Students are currently recording by speaking directly into classroom devices in a busy setting. Often times, students end up recording and re-recording their voice for projects due to inferior sound quality. With your donation, you will be supporting reading fluency of our 2nd and 3rd graders in a big way. With students recording themselves reading, they begin to hear what reading fluency should sound like. A clear audio file of their spoken word will allow them to reflect on some key components of reading fluency. It provides them an opportunity to hear if they are reading with emphasis or if they sound like a robot. In addition to using audio recording equipment for reading fluency, students will use the microphones and sound booths to create clear audio for podcasts and voice-overs for student movies. We are so excited about the potential of creating clear audio for our students!
