How you ever been so happy and so tired at all once? Welcome to the life of a teacher. Loving what I do is easy because of the children. They love to learn and play and guess what? So do I.
We are constantly questioning our surrounds (sorry adults), playing (sorry to all the broken manipulatives), laughing (sorry class neighbors), and learning (SORRY NOT SORRY).
I don't want to seem corny, but all my life I've wanted to be a teacher because I knew this was where I was meant to be. My students honestly make me feel like I am this wonderful being that totally knows what I am doing all the time. Nothing could be further from the truth so either they are the best liars in the world or I have done my job and left an impact.
The thing is that I would do anything for my students. Our classroom is our second home so of course I want them to feel loved, protected, smart, and happy. This is where you come in!
