Our school encourages our students to use technology. Although my students have access to technology throughout the week, they don't have the opportunity to use it on a daily basis. My students need more readily available technology in the classroom to help them develop their technology skills.
Having another iPad in the classroom provides more opportunities to work on reading and math skills they are struggling with. They can also have more opportunities to access Accelerated Reader tests. They need headphones so they do not interrupt their classmates. The listening center will increase their comprehension of story details as well as reading fluency. Using the adapters provides opportunities for more students to participate. We will use the expo markers to work on writing words and identifying sounds.
