Our year-round school services a specific housing tract that surrounds our campus. The surrounding area is quickly growing, and continuing to build new tracts, which means our school has become quickly packed to the brim with students (hence the need for the year-round schedule). Between having very driven students, greatly involved parents in our school and classrooms, and extremely dedicated teachers, our campus is blessed with a strong school community.
Although we have a wealth of support within our classrooms and on campus for most academic areas, we are lacking the same strength in support for their physical education. Our elementary school students are very active and have a love for learning, so it would be amazing to be able to pull those two strengths together in an area where we are lacking. Getting new equipment would benefit our school and students for years to come.
