This school year, my students have been more interested in reading than ever before. My students enjoy reading books with characters that they can relate to and stories that inspire their imaginations.
By reading aloud fun and creative books during our morning meetings, I can help get my students talking, asking questions, laughing, and most importantly engaged in learning. I will use these books to inspire my students to be lifelong readers and to engage them in discussions and asking questions about important themes that are relevant to their lives and the world.
