At James W. Lilley Jr. Elementary school our theme for the year is "We're all in this together!" As a Title 1 school, many of our students come to us facing a variety of challenges. I have been blessed with the opportunity to work with our youngest learner's as the new Kindergarten/1st grade behavioral disabilities teacher. I currently support students from not just Lilley, but the other 7 elementary schools within the district. I currently have 5 students on my roster, but that number is expected to grow as the school year progresses. My students' behaviors don't define who they are. I will not allow them to feel labeled. Supporting them is the only option!
