I am hoping to create a cozy, nurturing and creative reading area(book nook) with various yoga mats, floor pillows and flexible seating options. I am so excited to create an amazing new reading area for my sweet students to enjoy. This is my 18th year teaching and I am switching from Kinder to Second grade. I am super excited to create a welcoming and nurturing classroom environment with new flexible seating options. I think it's critical to create more comfortable seating arrangements during Covid etc. We are having to keep students socially distant and it's difficult for many to stay seated at desks. Thank you for helping me make this happen!
