Welcome to 3rd Grade! I have taught 4th grade for the past two years with another teacher. This is my first year with my very own classroom!! I am so excited. I have four children of my own at home and I feel as if I am getting 24 more ready for their first day of school. Crayons, erasers, sharpened pencils fill pencil bags and fresh folders sit on desk labeled and ready for each student to find their place. I have a passion for teaching and have found my niche at a Title 1 school. A school where many children will walk through the door the first day of school without the basics. This being my 3rd year at our school I know the financial and emotional challenges my students face every day that will make being successful in school a challenge. I want each student to reach success but need help from you making sure I can meet each child's individual need.
