Hi, I teach in a Life Skills unit in Fort Bend ISD. I am entering my second year of teaching, I graduated from the University of Houston Victoria in December 2015. I love working in the field of special education, I feel I learn and grow from my students just as much as (I hope) they do from me. My students range in disability, motor development and levels of cognition so creating a learning environment that engages each child through differentiation and meaningful learning at their individual level of leaning is vital. As a new teacher there are so many projects and ideas I have for improving my learning environment, however funding those projects is a little difficult. My students and I greatly appreciate any support!
