The children in the school community have been struck with violence whether in the homes or community, and children don't know how to identify their feelings that they are having surrounding these events in their lives. The teachers want to teach the children a different way to express their feelings that could also use at home and the community.
This would be a project where children would be able learn to identify their feelings, such as happy, sad, scare by using the dolls and looking at the pictures to identify feelings also in a book in a quiet place. Other children will also be able to identify these feelings of their friends as well.
