Having this iPad (including the protection covers and pen) for my students will make their counseling session a little more rewarding. They will be able to learn through visual, auditory and kinesthetic modes. My non-verbal students will be able to use it to communicate their wants and needs. My students come from low income house holds in the Bronx, NY, and they may not have the opportunity to experience an iPad. I want to give them a chance to learn through technology like other students. I am constantly searching for hands on activities that my students enjoy working on. The iPad will only add to that enjoyment.
