This rug will be put to use to allow my kids a comfortable spot to hunker down and get their Read on. The class will be able to gather and collaborate as teams or as partners and share their knowledge. We can gather as a class and discuss our daily and weekly goals for each of our core subjects and maybe enjoy a reading from the teacher or volunteer. We will also use this spot to go and calm after disagreements with friends or maybe from an event at home or bus that may have nothing to do with our daily lives, but we all know can affect us if allowed to fester up.
