The large teacher's easel will be used continuously on a daily basis during both whole group and small group instructions. During our writing lessons, we would use the easel to brainstorm ideas they can use in their writing journals. Math lessons would be a lot more fun because we can use magnetic manipulatives to help us solve problems together. The possibilities are endless!
The teaching easel will be easier for students to visualize the lesson instead of relying on only their auditory skills. I believe the students would enjoy being a part of the math lessons more by getting to use their tactile skills instead of just sitting on the carpet listening to a teacher talk. I mean, what student doesn't prefer to be more interactive in school?!
