Wobble chairs at the teacher table will help students move while still being able to focus their attention on learning. They will allow my students to move and flex without leaving their seat.
As other students work in different learning centers, the children at the teacher table may become distracted by the activities of their peers. Wobble chairs have the advantage of unusual and interesting seating in addition to students being able to fidget while focusing on a lesson. The wobble chairs offer the added advantage of letting a child exercise their back, leg and stomach muscles.
During the day, my students are able to work in a variety of seating arrangements: on the carpet, mats, and in ordinary chairs at their desks. Wobble chairs will offer a special way to work on needed skills to continue to progress academically and physically.
