My school is a small K-8th school in southern Oklahoma. My students are some of the sweetest and talented children you could meet. Most of the students at our school are from rural areas and unfortunately a lot live at or below the poverty level. 80+% of the students qualify for free or reduced price lunches. Some of my students have never used an iPad and school would be their only opportunity. I want to be able to give my students everything they need to have a full and well rounded education--everything that a bigger school with more money could give them, but with extra one-on-one time and a more personalized experience.
