A majority of my students are Limited English Proficient and from a Title 1 school. They enjoy going to the library weekly. They rush to the nonfiction section of our library to find a book to check out. Our library has a limited amount of books for my first graders therefore I am anxious to purchase some nonfiction books for my class. Most of my students do not have any books at home to read. It will be thrilling for them to have the opportunity to read and cherish these books in our room. My students love Art and PE and we are in dire need of basic supplies. I am fortunate to be teaching such an energetic, creative, and intelligent group of students. I am actively searching to provide them the best possible education and tools and I am asking for support to all who would like to do so and donate.
