I teach a group of 50 very diverse 2nd grade students in Wisconsin. Due to state and district budget cuts, classrooms are struggling to provide some of the most basic learning tools for students. Teachers, students, and parents are learning to do without some of the resources and support we have come to rely on. Our school is committed to providing a quality education for all students regardless of financial setbacks. We are certain that if we all give a little bit, our kids will be provided for.
